Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
Delivery time

Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Any available promotions such as free or discounted shipping will be clearly shown before you place your order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available for your shipping method) so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Our 20‑day comfort promise
If you are not fully satisfied with your Premier Silver ErgoRest, you can request a return within 20 days of the day your order is delivered.
Eligibility

Item must be in good condition and free of excessive damage.

All parts and accessories should be included.

Original packaging is appreciated, if possible, to protect the product in transit.

Returns requested after 20 days from delivery may not be accepted.
What you can receive
For approved returns, you can receive a refund to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Return shipping
Unless there is a mistake with your order (wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If Comfort Desk Pro sends an incorrect or faulty product, return shipping instructions will be provided and any approved return costs may be covered or reimbursed according to the specific case.
How to Start a Return

You will receive instructions on where to send the product and any reference number to include in the package.

Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging, and ship it using a trackable method.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status and, if approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your armrest arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact Comfort Desk Pro within a few days of delivery and include photos of the issue. In many cases a replacement or suitable solution can be arranged after reviewing the problem.
